We employ a Minnesota licensed professional engineer and a design/build team capable of producing engineered CAD plans quickly. Our project managers along with an experienced field crew made up of pipefitters, sheet metal workers, and service technicians work together to complete projects effectively and efficiently as a team. This results in projects that are completed on time and within budget.
Modern Heating & Air Conditioning has our own sheetmetal fabrication shop. This gives us the advantage to quickly fabricate materials designed especially for your job allowing us to complete the HVAC installation quickly and efficiently.
