Andy Graham

After serving as President/Vice President at Modern Heating & Air for more than 20 years, Andy Graham became Chairman in 2026. 

He brings 35+ years of industry experience and supports the organization with leadership advice and engineering services. Andy has spent his career in the Twin Cities market, specializing in tenant improvement and retrofit/replacement work. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota.
