Chad Good

Chad joined Modern in 2008 as a project manager and became Vice President in May of 2018. 

Starting in the HVAC industry in 2005 he worked in CAD design, drafting and assisting in project management. A majority of his project experience has been focused on tenant improvement work in downtown Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. Chad first received his AAS degree in Architecture and Mechanical design from Dunwoody College of Technology and returned for a BA in Business Management from Bethel University.
