Chad Good

Chad Good began his HVAC career in 2005 in CAD design and drafting and joined Modern Heating & Air in 2008. 

He later moved into project management and leadership and was promoted to Vice President in 2018. Chad holds an AAS in Architecture and Mechanical Design from Dunwoody College of Technology, a BA in Business Management from Bethel University, and has participated in an executive education program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. As President of Modern Heating & Air, he is focused on building relationships, developing strong teams, and delivering consistent results.
