Rob Odell

Rob Odell serves as Director of Service Operations, overseeing Modern’s service technicians and customer support staff. 

He is focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening operational performance, and driving continued growth in service revenue and profitability—while aligning technicians and customers to deliver an exceptional experience. Rob joined Modern in 2009 and has advanced through leadership roles in service and sales; his career in the industry began in 1982 across operations and sales. He studied Business Administration and Communications at the University of Minnesota–Duluth.
